The Job Bank of the Lebanese Canadian Heritage Association is a tool available to the Canadian-Lebanese community exclusively for people who are seeking employment, and organizations that are looking for qualified employees.

Many Canadian Lebanese individuals who are looking for a job have no idea where to begin their search. Equally, many organizations in the community want to hire skilled workers and are out of resources when it comes to finding the right candidate. When the LCHA studied this further, the raison d’être of the LCHA Job Bank was born. The goal of the LCHA Job Bank is to match qualified people from the Canadian Lebanese community with the many organizations which are owned and/or managed by members of the same community.

The LCHA Job Bank will help the Lebanese community by simplifying the process of seeking gainful employment for the many people searching for the right job in today’s fiercely competitive job market. Also, the Job Bank of the LCHA will help organizations that do not have the time or resources to engage in a full-scale search for the right candidate.

This Job Bank is as simple as selecting the criteria you are searching for if looking for a job or a candidate. Since the LCHA intends to inform the entire community about this resource, both employees and employers will have access to the widest range of opportunities available in our community. Additionally, since this Job Bank is an initiative of the Lebanese Canadian Heritage Association, candidates and employers can feel assured that it is backed by an organization that seeks to constantly better the lives of the people who make up the Canadian-Lebanese community.
